3X Core Aeration & BlueSeed with Humic Seed Starter
Triple Core Aeration & BlueSeed with Humic Seed Starter is the perfect service to thicken up a lawn and upgrade grass types.

Increased Lawn Thickness
3X Core Aeration & BlueSeed removes plugs of soil to let air, water and nutrients in into compacted soil.
This creates room for new seed and root growth to thicken your lawn.
We go over your lawn 3X for maximum seed to soil contact.
3X more holes for new growth.
3X more nutrient and water availability.
3X more seed to soil contact.
-

Improved Lawn Strength
Summer heat, heavy traffic and bare patches can contribute to soil compaction. Our 3X Core Aeration & BlueSeed overseeding strengthens your lawn by:
Loosening compacted soil: Aeration creates small holes in the soil, allowing for better water and nutrient uptake.
Promoting deep roots: With more space and less resistance, roots grow stronger and deeper.
Filling bare spots: Overseeding fills in bare spots and helps new grass establish alongside existing plants, resulting in a dense, lush lawn.
-

Upgraded Lawn Grass Types
Our BlueSeed is custom blended & treated with Biosurge, a unique blend of micronutrients, humic acid, vermacompost and sea plant extract.
This enhances new seedling success by maintaining moisture and nutrient availability and improving germination rate to establish grass seed early.
The A-list certified grasses in our blend are tested and selected to be the grass types that perform best under stressors like disease, traffic, heat, drought and weeds.
-

Triple the Lawn Results
Instead of just going over your lawn once, we go over it 3 times, in 3 difference directions, with our core aerator which pulls soil plugs from your lawn.
This increases air and nutrient flow and provides maximum seed to soil contact.

With an Aerator, we are pulling soil cores out of the ground and relieving compaction while creating space for great seed to soil contact when the lawn is overseeded.
After the thousands of soil plugs are pulled, the seed falls into all of the holes created.
Aeration is great for overall soil health and allows for better absorption of nutrients.

A-List stands for Alliance for Low Input Sustainable Turf. This is a non-profit organization dedicated to researching and identifying the most sustainable grass varieties.
They are committed to providing high quality yet low input grass types that aim to reduce the overall fossil fuel footprint of the lawn care industry.
They test different grass types by removing all inputs (water, nutrients, weed control, etc..) and seeing which plants produce the most ideal turf.

Humic Seed Starter is used instead of starter fertilizer on our newly laid grass seed for a few reasons:
Starter fertilizer isn’t beneficial for new seed, only beneficial for new grass. Humic on the other hand, benefits the seed by benefiting the soil on day 1.
If you water daily, starter fertilizer breaks down without even getting utilized. Humic stays in the soil longer than starter fertilizer for deeper root development and healthy plant growth.

Mow your lawn short and notify us of any electric dog fences or irrigation systems.
The seeding tines go about 3 inches deep into your lawn so we want to avoid any potential damage.
-
Grass seed that is planted in spring will germinate and have great access to moisture for about 3-4 weeks but it will not have the strong root system needed to stand up to summer's pressures. Seed planted in Spring can have a very low success rate.

what customers are saying
“I had to replace the foundation for my house, and my yard was a complete dirt pit when it was all over. The lawn was Hydro seeded, but it didn’t take very well. Green Meadow came in and did a complete overseeding with their blue seed, and the results were outstanding. I hired them to care for my lawn year-round, and I have never regretted it. My lawn looks better now than it has in 28 years. Fred Caswell is my technician, and he pays attention to the details. Many thanks to the Green Meadow team!.”
— Bruce D
“Green Meadow seeded our lawn last fall and it came in great except in a few spots where monsoon rains shortly after seeding washed some of the seed away. So today they were back to re-seed the areas that had gotten washed out and to give the whole lawn nutrients, all part of the original seeding program. Very thorough and friendly.”
— Rick
“Chris and his teammate did an awesome job aerating and seeding our lawn. Multiple passes in different directions even with a steep hill on our property. He was very informative and took the time to answer several questions. You will not be disappointed with Chris and Green Meadow!”
